JJ Perino
Founder and President
Under JJ's leadership, TwoTen Strategy has become a leader in the retail strategy and marketplace intelligence industry, offering tailored services that simplify complex business challenges into actionable strategies. Prior to founding TwoTen in 2018, JJ held multiple strategy and leadership positions at Nike in Operations, Retail, and Marketing.
JJ lives in the mountains of Idaho with his wife and two young sons.
Ben Witten
Partner
Ben joined TwoTen 2025, building on his 15+ years in retail real estate, location strategy, and market intelligence. Prior to joining TwoTen, Ben was the head of Real Estate at Placer.ai. Before joining Placer in 2021, Ben spent seven years at Trademark Property Company where he spearheaded finance and asset management functions across Trademark's portfolio.
Ben hangs his hat in Fort Worth with his wife and their twin daughters.
Justin Apuan
Intelligence Production
In addition to leading the Intelligence Production team at TwoTen, Justin supports clients with project management and day-to-day operational support. Prior to joining TwoTen in 2023, Justin was a student at Boise State University, leader in the Army ROTC, and infantryman in the Idaho National Guard.
